Amanda Jones profiled on ElevenNews

Thank you to BYU reporter, Victoria Estrada (seen here with her photographer at Rainforest Yoga) for taking the time to find out why I wanted to start yoga at the aquarium. She takes you inside Yoga with the Sharks, Rainforest Yoga, and my wild little mind.

Love this excerpt:

"Jones, a former reporter for KUTV in Salt Lake City, became a certified yoga instructor when she was eight months pregnant with her son, hoping it would be a more flexible career.
'I got postpartum depression when my son was five months old, and I loved having a child, but I didn’t know who I was because I wasn’t working,' Jones said.
Yoga was a way for Jones to stay physically fit, help support her family, and stay mentally and spiritually balanced. She is now working to help others find the same peace by teaching yoga at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium in Draper."
