The Ultimate New Year's Detox (...is easier than you think!)
I had the BEST time coming up with a New Year's detox for KUTV's Fresh Living show! I was contemplating what has - and has NOT - worked for me in the past. And I realized, that I've tried dieting and the new fitness plan - even a personal trainer and nutritionist, and it may paid off for a few months but not until I started meditating did I lose, and keep off, 20 pounds! You see, it's the mental piece that can make or break you (i.e. "I don't feel like eating a kale salad AGAIN!" or "I don't want to go to the gym...Netflix, now!"). So this particular detox aims to help you become the master of your mind so that you can excel in all or your resolutions!
